storybook

Owh,is the time for me to produce a blog post! Seriously, i got no idea what to write because i was rushing for all the assignment in this week. I was stick my body on my lovely floor for one whole day until midnight just to finish my storybook. Thanks to my group members, they were sticking on my house's floor with me as well.

Non stop of painting, cutting, sticking cause my hand and brain could not work for anythings at all. I have no idea how to continue to produce the book. I had google for many ways for binding a book and search for all the books i had.

But, I don't dare to made it. I worry I will destroy everything. While staring on my books that made by me when I was 18, I get some idea from it. It is the best way to reduce the fail percentage during binding process.

The books I did when I was 18 is a photo album that called memories. Inside are all the memories of my secondary school life. How I spend my time with all the classmates, friends and teachers. These are those days I cant walk back, but only recall.

So I hope I can recall back my university life when I am old, I decided to use the same way to produce my storybook.

I stick all the single pages together with double cellophane tape, to made a book with cover. Next i wrap the 2 hard cover paper with a yellow color paper, of course i do the measurement as well. I want a perfect book, and i can't destroy any single pages of it because I got no time to redo. So, i try it by the cellophane tape, to make sure there are no mistake before i stick with the double cellophane tape.

After 3 hours hard works, i had done my storybook! 

This Is not a food

Yes! This is not food, this is iclay product. All my friend's impression on my clay product is, can I eat ?

Does it look tasty ?
Does it look real?
Does it catch your eyes?

Why does the cake catch your eyes?
Why does it look real on picture?

Because...
I did research before I start the clay. I find a lot of picture about the cake and try my best to make it real.

The average size for all "cake" is about 2cm, tiny size of cake show the adorable view of it. I also apply different color of clay to made it more colorful and attractive.

Rose

I got a mission from my friend which is help him make an anniversary card. I had almost 2 years did not touch the water color palette, it was a challenge for me again.

What is a must for a anniversary card?

What should i draw on the card?

All the question marks are floating on my mind. So, i need to type " Anniversary Card " and start do some "research" on it.

Girls, do you like rose? I like to draw rose, make rose and do some craft that related with rose. 

Rose = romantic 

Rose = love

 Okay, I decide to draw a rose on the cover. Red color rose represent a enthusiasm and romantic love story.  Green color background had brings up the rose and let the rose look more attractive. Rendering technique used on the water color paper made the card more romantic. My drawing might not the perfect, but i hope my friend and his girlfriend like the card.   

children storybook

Children story book is one of my assignment.Our lecturer want us to make something creative on it, don't want a simple normal books with pictures and words. 

It was so challenging, right? I have to vomit out all my the idea in my brain in order to produce the creative and "outstanding" book. I wish my brain have unlimited idea of it, but too bad my brain was not tat creative and effective.

So, i decide to get some inspiration from the storybooks tat exists in book store. The 1st day i went, i saw and "touch" a lot of storybook. Nowadays, storybook not only blink your eyes, but also let you feel the textual. Etc, the book was talking about animal, instead of putting the animal picture on it, it also put the fur on every types of animal. Kids can see and also "touch" the animal while they were reading. Woo, it was so amazing. 

Other than touch, there also have storybook with sound and 3D effect. How can i put the sound inside my storybook? Hmm.. is very hard, so i better stick with the textual and 3D effect idea. If you want the sound effect while reading my storybook, please read the books in front of me =)
